A Practical, Smart, and Impactful Investment
IT'S TOUGH ENOUGH ON THE OUTSIDE, WHY WORRY ABOUT THE INSIDE
As a leader of your agency, we know you want to leave your agency better than you found it. And although it’s not about you, your commitment to leading by example and doing the right thing when times are hard is central to your values.
In your world, every day is an emergency. Between the concern for safety of officers, to the safety of the community, and playing the balancing act between what is the most critical thing in this moment to address, it is nearly impossible. How do you possibly prioritize?
But, if you don’t have proper systems in place, all of the stressors are a drain on your bandwidth. This has the potential to leave you feeling burnt out, distracted, and at best, only reactive to the issues at hand. It’s a lose-lose situation.
As you are well aware, you are attempting to motivate people in difficult times, with limited resources, under some of the highest stress, extreme pressure, and conflicting demands that has ever been put on them. This means you can’t use your time for things that create meaningful change and push your agency reputation positively forward in the community.

TAILORED TO YOU
In working with over 54 different entities across multiple states, Dr. Prohaska has seen and worked with at least some version of your agency problems, and has discovered that there are 3 big concerns that tend to repetitively show themselves when bringing someone in.
-
You may feel “How can an outsider understand my exact agency challenges and nuances?”
-
Or, that anticipated change is usually met with resistance and paranoia if it comes from people we don’t know or trust yet.
-
And finally, that the changes we implement won’t last, leading to more frustration and wasted resources.
And here’s the thing, you’re not wrong. Nothing is more demoralizing than working with the wrong person who doesn’t take the time to understand your specific agency culture.
In our work together, there will be certain themes that tend to come up, and within those themes are unique elements and decision points that are exclusive to your agency.
We will be working in the BACKGROUND to make you the bold and confident change-maker that your agency will appreciate.
We will then design frictionless systems that are built into your already existing programming to allow seamless continuation of services, including complete documentation for historical reference.
